Started out with high expectations of my favorite sub and quickly slipped into we don't have the type of sub bun your asking for but we have these other two dried out kinds neither of which I wanted then it was poorly cut and over toasted and fell apart in my hand while trying to eat it and ended up throwing half of it away. $12 bucks for a pop and sandwich just to throw it out oh well the 12 dollar pop was good, not the first experience like this at this location will take all future business to the west end location. Should have known better when they charged extra to put pizza sauce on a pizza sub on my previous visit.

Served me chicken that tasted like fish, TWICE. Wouldn't let me order something different after taking back my first chicken wrap, so I took my chances and they served me spoiled chicken a second time. AVOID.

The experience started off fine. Even in troubled times such as these (covid), with the diligent employee taking my order and making my wrap. It wasn't until her manager arrived at the front to assist her, because more customers had came and she was tending to them. The manager, not wearing any gloves and his mask only covering his mouth (half on) grabs a pair of tongs and proceeds to move my wrap over to the bagging area and begins to wrap it up with his bare hands. In absolute disqust I requested that he put on gloves, and and he begins explaining to me that he wouldn't have touched my food, just the wrapper. I explained to him that the wrapper would be touching the food and that I was not ok with that. Luckily his employee was quick to resolve the problem by grabbing my food and wrapping it herself as she was dressed adequately for the position she was performing. Whom ever this manager is he should be fired immediately. I am disappointed, but I and disqusted with the performance of the manager on duty this evening of August 13 2020

Have to basically yell your order at the staff for them to hear at this location and then they still re ask the same question. Possibly a language barrier if I was to guess. Then they seem annoyed. Won’t be returning.
