Beers cold. Food was decent. Service was not too bad .
I definitely enjoy a good gamble. Stopped in to play the VLTs and the hour that I was sitting playing the server never even came near me, didn't even try to sell me a drink. I work in a lounge/restaurant that has VLTs, we always do our best to look after the players as we know they usually spend a bunch of money and it is free income for us. After an hour of no service I cashed out and the server looked appalled that I didn't tip her.
It's the service industry, step you game up if you would like a tip. I would also like to mention that the VLT are was very dirty, empty glasses and bottle and dirty napkins. You may want to step your game up during these COVID times.
It's no surprise you lounge is practically empty.
Cocktail was good. Seating section was good and comfortable. Everything was well organised. Staff were nice.
Exceptional Service fast friendly great portions
Terrible! I had to get my own drinks, utensils and napkins. The bartender who served us was hung over and rude not to mention generally awful at his job. Food was cold. Just dont do it.
