Love Timmy everywhere I go. If I want a donut it's got to be an old fashion plain. My body reacts to too much sugar. I was told they wouldn't sell me the tim bits they had because they save those for dogs. It was 11pm. Seriously! Weird.
Does not follow scanning code of practice. An item was advertised as being 14.99 but did not ring in at the till as such. When the price was pointed out the till person argued with us about it, and then called her manager to argue it as well. Then another staff came out from the work area to come over and physically change the price. Staff at this store were rude and false advertising is not okay. You need to honour what your prices claim to be.
We have been to several different restaurants and take out places getting coffee, trying to dine in, etc all day on a day trip from Edmonton to Jasper and back. We even turned down after ordering at an unspecified restaurant due to covid fears.. This Tim Hortons had all the staff act professionally, all wearing masks that handle, create or distribute food and done so in a clean sterilized environment well taken care of. WELL DONE ALL OF YOU! We thanked them in person before leaving. You know how to keep yourselves and customers safe!
Probably one of the worst Tim Hortons in Alberta. Not friendly, rushed and zero order accuracy repeated over and over and over. Slow down, pay attention to what's going on and ensure order accuracy. Speed means nothing if its not right.
The early morning drive through attendant is always very bitter. She probably shouldn't be involved in the customer service industry. I don't go to this timmies very often any more due to the way I'm treated by this individual
