I've been working in Edson for around a month now and eating here for almost as long; religiously, every second day. Why you ask? The food is absolutely phenomenal. The atmosphere inside is carefully curated and adorned with figurines of all of your favorite Hayao Miyazaki films, cute posters, Meneki-Neko statuettes, and more. The vibe in the restaurant is unmatched. The atmosphere is amazing, the food is even better, and the staff are incredibly polite. I can't recommend this place enough.
