I stopped over in Edson and ordered to my hotel. Staff was courteous and delivered exactly at estimated time. The food arrived steamy hot and was as good if not better than many other Chinese outlets in the bigger cities....it was significantly more than I imagined too. Will definitely stop over again.

Average/Typical Western-Chinese food. I ordered 5-plates: Ginger Chicken (way too sweet and too much sauce), Hot&Sour soup (not at all hot to taste, nor spicy), the Spicy Shrimp (large quantity and slightly spicy) and the Deep Fried Fish (best dish out of the 5), and the Deep Fried Cheese Wontons (cream cheese-filled). I rarely-to-never eat Western-Chinese, as I find it too salty, contains too much sugary sauces and lacking in heat/spice, but I do eat traditional/real/eastern Chinese food quite often. I can not comment on the cost as my employer paid. I will not order here again, nor can I recommend Castle. CoconutTree in Edson is best!

I just ordered for delivery, they are pretty fast and always very pleasant. And the food is so much better now!

The food tasted great. They had a good variety at the buffet. It's not quite as good as when Jack owned it but it's still worth going. They don't use MSG either.
