DO NOT EAT HERE. Arrived nearly an hour before they closed and were all out of most of their key items, such as rice. Then it took 20 minutes to even get the 2 items we ordered. Have enjoyed Freshii every time I've gone but this location missed the mark. Edit: I wrote this while waiting for my food. They replaced the rice in my teriyaki bowl with rice noodles, which i appreciated, until i started to eat and found my noodles half cooked. The noodles were crunchier than the cucumbers in the bowl. So disappointed.

Food was delicious and the gentleman working was polite and friendly. Perfect place to stop if your looking for a healthy meal option.

Showed up here at almost 11 am the other day and there was no quinoa or rice ready. The employee blamed it on his manager and the mall manager. Stating that he is not aloud into the mall until 10 am when the mall opens. If you are not able to be in before opening time to get everything ready for your customers, maybe you should be doing it the night before. On another note, don't all these shops have their own door to enter in at the back of their shop so they are able to get things ready for opening? I feel lied to by the employee, like he can't take responsibility for his lack of dedication to his job. Will never stop here to support this freshii ever again and I may even go as far as reporting this franchise to Freshii headquarters.

Showed up here a half hour after they open and they had no quinoa or rice ready and was told it would be at least another 20 min before it was ready. Putting the time it would be readyto almost 11... had to drive through the pass hungry as I was banking on them for my meal. Very disappointing, when you open you should have everything ready for your customers.
