Horrible, unprofessional customer service. On Halloween they offered a pizza discount for pickup only. We arrived an hour and 20 minutes after we placed our order knowing they would be busy. We waited outside for another 40 minutes or more in the freezing cold to pick up our pizzas only to not be given our discount by the owners daughter.Then the owner's daughter refuse to give us our discount claiming she is not the owner and could not do it. I was furious. She would come outside to hand out candy but not once called out the orders that where ready or take names of anyone waiting for there orders. This place is on a downward spiral and no one wants to deal with her rudness. She clearly has no understanding of how food order expididing works or how to provide proper customer service. It is now December and I have not ordered anything from Andrea's since October out of total annoyance and spite. They should not send out promotional emails out if they cannot be bothered to honor them. Especially if they are waisting your time and gas going to pick it up!! Get a clue manager if you don't know how to do your job then hire people who can!
Great comfort food! Tasty and filling. My go to for lazy evenings. Lovely staff as well.
Always a good aĺl round experience ordering from here. I usuaĺly get prawn souvlaki and divide in half. Yes there really is enough for two nights! Pizza is also great.
They tend to under promise and over deliver so to speak. I was all set to wsit for an hour but it artived in 25-30 minutes. Thank you Andreas!
Delicious, good variety, and value. My new go to for take out. Online ordering is convenient and on time.
We had the Greek Platter. It was delicious. Souvlaki was grilled perfectly. Lamb and beef was tender. Polite and friendly service. I would return.
