My husband and I have been extremely happy with the quality of service, as well as the finished product, for replacing the existing floors in our new home. Ray, John, and their team were fantastic. All plans were clearly explained in an honest and respectful way. Nothing was over-promised and any possible "hiccups" were communicated with me in advance so we knew what to expect. The team that worked on our extensive flooring project was professional, polite, and completed the job on time so that we were able to move into our new home with all the amazing updates in place. I have worked with Ray from Lonsdale Flooring on several projects over the past decade. Most recently I had new engineered hardwood installed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Central Lonsdale (all flooring with the exception of the bathrooms). Ray provides a high level of personalized service, gave me a killer deal on the flooring based on having done projects together in the past - including installing vinyl plant in a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom investment condo in Lower Lonsdale, which was not only the best product for the ground floor unit with it being a rental but also helped me sell the condo last year for a tidy profit! He has also helped me in my capacity on Strata Council for carpeting in a low rise in LoLo. Basically, I wouldn't trust anyone else but Lonsdale Flooring for hardwood, vinyl and carpet (the perfect trifecta). Thanks for being a pleasure to work with, Ray and team, and I can and do recommend you to anyone looking for a long term and trusted partner in flooring on the North Shore!

Almost finished getting our carpets installed by Lonsdale flooring! Everyone who we had contact with throughout the job made you feel like you were important to them, from the manager John, to the sales guy Mike and to the lovely and professional installers! All of my questions were answered with patience and respect. They are extremely knowledgeable and honest! I really felt like I could trust them.
