Highly recommend Carousel Cleaners. Have used their services for 30+ years. The staff are extremely friendly, responsive and helpful. Communication regarding any issues with cleaning is clear and professional. They really go the extra mile to meet cleaning challenges. No promises that can't be kept. For example cleaning old curtains...Carousel clearly identified what outcomes could be met, therefore setting clear expectations for me.

I bought a vintage fur leather jacket that had stains on it and had it cleaned at Carousel. When I got it back, the tag said they tried their best to clean the stains but the jacket I got back was perfect and almost looked brand new!! If that was trying their best, they definitely succeeded. Very happy with the service :)

Got a follow up phone call after registering with Carousel and then met the driver the following week. Super nice and professional!! Got my first set of cleaning this morning and they did a fantastic job with the shirts.... Super convenient and at a really great price. Can’t recommend them enough!

I really appreciated the free delivery that I used for the first time- not sure why I had not done so before!! There was a mix up about the price I was charged to have a baby dress cleaned. Their customer care team indeed reached out and corrected the matter. Amazing to see they do a great job and care enough to follow up on concerns.
