The Furniture Store Plus

I think they do good business. Shopping for new furniture should be exciting that you’re going to treat yourself, but over the years I find going to bigger furniture stores, even ones that are supposed to be local..it can be a really annoying experience. Everything is so much money and poor quality dressed up pretty is everywhere! To matters worst most places have poor customer service, they don’t come over and really talk to you they’re just robots. Even if you do find something and you’re willing to spend all that money most places can’t even sell you what they show you for weeks or months. I found this store was different, Loretta does care! She totally gets it. I like that the products are made in Canada, and she’s very personable! I Totally recommend this place and I am proud to see it in Windsor! Thanks Loretta, keep at it!

I posted a negative comment on Aug 23 and would like to cancel that . Loretta called me and stepped up and made it right - I was so pleased with her that I gave her another order that same day Thanks Loretta - a great job .

I purchased my sofa last April and I'm just as happy with it today as I was then. We drove almost 3 hours to get to the store from our home but it was worth the drive. Lots of great furniture to chose from and great to deal with!

This little store is like a diamond in the rough. Great Canadian made furniture and great customer service. Would highly recommend!

Have purchased a bit from here in the past few months and love each piece. Highly recommend and if you don't see what you want, Loretta will try to find it for you.
