I ordered Engineered Wood Fiber (EWF) Chips as safety surfacing for our backyard playground. Jimmy responded super quick to e-mail/texts/phone calls and he had the best price in town (I checked against a bunch of places). I called at 4:45 (15 minutes before closing). I caught the fellow on his way back from dropingd a load off and he asked if I'd text him my address and what I wanted and he would call me back in a few minites when he was at the shop. A few minutes later, he calls back and gives me a very fair quote and proceeds to offer to bring me the material within the hour. Well, he made it in time too. Their product is great, and the pricing is also great. We use their delivery as well as just pick up ourselves. Jimmy the guy who runs the show is awesome. He is also very knowledgeable about his products. As long as I am able, I only buy products from triple five wherever possible. We have yet to ever get a complaint in regards to the product we are using on our clients homes and properties.

More than happy with the service we experienced and the mulch that we received all for the price we paid!
