Bordignon Marble & Granite Ltd

regarding the latest view, I called this company, they did told me they do fabrication but need to wait September,But the business response a review they did not do any fabricate work . I planed to visit the store this afternoon, but after read the review, I cancel it. A business does not know how to treat customer right, so what,a customer parked in a wrong spot. So I will just cancel the visiting.

My company has been using Bordignon marble and granite for quite some time now, we use them because they bring in the best product from all over the world, things you just can't find at any granite and marble supplier. Franco and his team have stunning products, absolutely amazing fabrication and the best service!! I would recommend Bordignon any day of the week!

I was very disappointed with the customer service today. I parked in the Bordignon Marble and Granite customer parking lot, first intending to visit two other nearby business first before talking to Bordignon about my house renovations. The other two business lots were full, due to a one day sale at one of them, which is why I parked at Bordignon first. When I came back from conducting my business at the other two businesses, the staff at Bordignon had deliberately blocked only my truck in the parking lot with a fork lift, parked in such a manner that it was inches from my bumper and meant to only block me. I went in to talk with the staff who made it clear that the blocking was done on purpose because they didn't want me parking there. I told them there weren't any signs prohibiting customers from parking where I did and she said there doesn't have to be signs posted. I told her I would not be doing business with them now. No one would move the fork lift. When I told the staff member I was going to phone the police if they continued to prevent me from leaving, she told me to go ahead. They did not send some one out to move the fork lift until they saw me sitting in my truck, on the phone with the police. I do not recommend doing business with Bordignon Marble and Granite. Very poor customer skills. I can't imagine if they are this rude to a potential customer what they are actually like doing a job.
