Love the atmosphere

MASHALLAH I used to live in Halifax from 2003 to 2013 and used to come to Kearney lake regularly. MASHA ALLAH the masjid has been upgraded very nicely and I am very happy to see this

I missed the Juma prayer and was near savory avenue, some 8km away. Was searching Google for mosque for Asar prayers and found this place. I came around 4 pm and found the mosque totally empty but could access washroom and prayed peacefully. I am thankful that the door was open and am happy to pray in a new mosque. This should be my 4th mosque in Canada.

It's a great place for Muslims in Halifax and Bedford area, it is well managed, clean and good location because it has very big parking lot. The building is not big enough for the large number of prayers that's why you need to go there early for Friday Salat I order to get a spot else it will be full of prayers and won't be able to even stand there. There is another quite big building beside there, but unfortunately it's still under construction and has not need finished yet. I hope people could donate more in order to finish the construction and make it ready for praying by the end of this year. Because of growing up Muslim community in the city so they demand bigger place for praying and that place would be big enough holding that number of prayers. Thank you,

The center is a great place to worship. Friday sermons are great in Arabic and English. A new big mosque is under construction and will be completed soon.
