Spacious. Usually approached by staff quickly. Often find a good deal in electronics. Started shopping through Staples website a little too.
Spent half my life here already with more to go, standing in line just to pick up a parcel from fedex. I dont get what kind of system/process they use that takes each customer 10+ minutes to have their parcel mailed but they seriously should have 2 separate lines. One for shipping and one for pickup. So much for "a quick trip to Staples". Hope i never have to do this torture again after a long day of work :/
Had an online mis-print on a coffee mug (printed on wrong side of mug). Went in store, no problems, Carmen was great, she fixed it for me. Wanted another mug with a different graphic and she did that for me too. Highly recommend.
Enjoy shopping here. Always find a good buy on something I either need or want. Hate shopping here as I always buy more than I need haha
