We enjoyed our visit, it was nice to go back to a home goods store and feel completely safe. The staff are so friendly and I thank them for getting everyone to wear a mask and sanitize their hands. The prices are even better than Homesense for the quality of the items. I would definitely recommend shopping here. Thanks Urban Barn!
I went into the store not that long ago, and I was not impressed with the service. Because of the virus that was going around they had a sign outside talking about distance, etc. The door was open, and no one was standing at the door so I went in. Absolutely no one greeted me. I walked around for about 10 minutes before someone came up to me and said it’s mandatory for everyone who enters the store to wear and mask and asked me to leave. If you’re going to ask people to wear mask, you shouldn’t have your door wide open, you need to have someone greeting everyone at the door making sure, and you should have a sign SOMEWHERE VISIBLE specifically stating you must wear a mask. I am extremely unimpressed with the staff and their professionalism at this location and as of now I will not be returning. I will do my shopping through your website.
