Purchasing a new mattress set is always a bit daunting because there are so many variables that make a mattress comfortable. It was, therefore, absolutely gratifying to be able to deal with a solution oriented salesperson who patiently explained which mattress would be the best option for my particular sleep requirements. The service that I received from Lalish was outstanding and I left the store knowing that I had made an excellent purchase.

The salesman kept trying to upsell me. Apparently the mattress that I wanted to purchase was not available for weeks until I said I was going to shop for one elsewhere. He stated the mattress came with a warranty through the manufacturer. I have attempted to obtain the warranty on the mattress through their customer service. The individual promised to send it to me by mail over a month ago. I called again and after a long wait in the que, I was disconnected from the representative. The mattress delivery was excellent. I would not buy my next mattress at Sleep Country.

James wong was my retail sales person, he was very helpful and also helped get the bed delivered earlier as I ve recently had a hip surgery. Very happy with my experience and cant wait to sleep in my new bed.

A great experience at the new Country Club location. The store was visually appealing and we were greeted by Lakesh as we entered the store. He made a point to do the same to other customers while he continued to attend to us. He observed social distance not making it weird. He sat himself down on one of the beds as an expression of not being in a hurry and to take care to address all our questions and concerns. Bottom line, Lakesh assisted us through varying levels of mattresses, levels of quality and price points. We felt good about the price and quality of the mattress we purchased. The outstanding customer service from Lakesh was by far my favorite part to the experience. He is a kind and personable man.
