I have nothing but good things to say regarding the repair done to two recliners. We purchase these recliners almost ten years ago and loved them well. I am not a light weight man and had worn but the chairs out. The mechanisms had come apart. I sat in both chairs until literally they wouldn't work anymore. We took them to La-Z-Boy in Nanaimo on Friday and returned today to bring them home. They have exceeded my expectations! Thank you so much.

Some nice furniture, but bad service at almost every turn. 1. They have no follow up when your order is late arriving 2. Their delivery service is overpriced to increase the margin on their products. 3. They NEVER pick up the phone. Time after time it just goes to voicemail, which would be okay if they ever checked those voicemails.

Nice furniture, good quality. Friendly staff. They have an in-home measuring service, so the perfect fit furniture goes into your home. They offer you a coffee or water, the restroom they have for customers is nice and clean. It's a good atmosphere.

Great service, knowledgeable salespeople, not pushy or hoovering.
