A lot of lateral violence with a high staff turnaround. They can't seem to keep qualified people working there. I have worked and I am trained by the largest school district in British Columbia. I have been an education assistant since 2009. When I started there the first thing I was told is "you don't have to be a certified education assistant to work here" They fail to accommodate staff suffering from disabilities. If you try to bring up any human rights violations or work safe issues they will just terminate you without cause. Trust me don't work there because they do not care what experience and education you have there is a certain group of people who have been there for years with zero credentials who don't want an educated view of how to do things and who don't care about British Columbia's laws in regards to human rights and work safety. They let staff go without cause four days before Christmas and after a whole day of year end cleaning. Worst work experience I have ever had and the most poorly organized school I have ever worked in.

This place is about to become a year round school
