Always responded to emails, phone calls, and requests for appointments in timely manner. Met all deadlines for me (even when I was giving them the info they needed rather last minute), all my taxes etc. have been done competently so far. Can't ask for more really.

This group have been looking after our taxes for a few years. This year they let us down in a major way. Needed our year end done, they knew it, didn't do it, then told us to actually find someone else. I recommend that anyone looking for an accounting firm use someone else, anyone else. Good at first but when the crunch came they told us to go away? Very disturbing and unexpected.
