Rudy helped us out with our tax declaration for two years and until then I was satisfied with his services; but sadly when we needed him afterwards to fix something we gave him several calls (we spoke with him directly and left messages with his assistant). He promised more than once to call us back and review our case but unfortunately he never got back to us. We finally decided to go with another company. So if you're doing your taxes and you don't have issues after, going with B&R should be fine, but forget about further support. That felt very unprofessional and disappointing.

Save your time and money and buy a do it yourself tax kit. It will be much cheaper and the program actually knows the tax laws and regulations.
