I bought some things to go fishing on my way home for the next day. When I checked my receipt later on I saw they accidentally scanned a lure in twice.
I drove back the next day (on my way out) and explained what happened. The girl at the front and her manager Chris were very polite and helpful! They worked something out for me right away!
It was great to experience awesome customer service! I will be back again!
Been going here for 20 years, since I was a kid and it was a totally different building that was like falling apart. They not only still are just as handy as ever but in recent years ive started to notice an emphasis on locally sourced products.
Also, thanks for being open so damn late.
I've been going there for years with my grandpa and they've always been good to us. Got the usual bits for fishing as well as fair priced coffee.
