The drive through is always full. I usually just drive by because the wait is so long. I'm not sure if it's a result of a great location and great products or just slow service.
Not happy that they do not sell Canadian Maple donuts. Another reason to not come here.
Customer service is so bad there. I ordered a coffee and a biscuit and the cashier takes my order and some other worker gets my coffee and I have to wait 20 minutes before I get my biscuit. The worker that gave me my coffee was just doing coffee orders and cashier was taking other customer's orders and giving them their donuts or bagels. I said to one of them how long do I have to wait to get my biscuit. It seems when I go inside this place I am getting ignored as a paying customer. Is there a reason for this.
Great service from inside. Efficient & quick.
Order 2 hot beverages. Both tasted burnt, but service is usually fast.
