I recently spent 4 months running a crew in Drayton and we all stayed at Encore or Service Plus. The Front Desk Staff Trina, Brook and Melissa were great to us. House keeping staff did a good job. Manager Rose was always checking in to see if there were any issues. Rose runs a fun tight ship. Customer appreciation nights were lots of fun and the food was very good.
Renee and her team are the best. A home away from home with attention to detail. Highly recommend - warm & clean. 5 * from me. Thanks Renee

I must say that my stay with you was absolutely amazing, Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great. Hotel was very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues. while am in GP the Encore suites will always be my hotel of choice.
Great clean hotel with spacious room. Friendly staff with ample parking. Didn’t get a chance to check out their gym and breakfast.
