We have a split level and the basement had hardly any heat. Furnace fan also ran 24/7 even when it was on AUTO and while the furnace was off. Requested a service call and ET sent a novice technician out who tried his absolute best and successfully directed more heat to the basement however was unable to determine what was wrong with the fan and thermostat. This kid tried his very best and I understand this is how we all learn and I fully appreciate his efforts. I did however had to reach out to ET requesting for a follow-up appointment (free of charge) and they sent their senior tech for natural gas furnaces to investigate. Bruce arrived and after his inspection, he discovered that the wiring of the furnace fan was wired for air conditioning rather than for heat and Bruce fixed the problem. Now the furnace responds to the thermostat as well as the furnace fan. It is money worth spending and ET also has the best system as they text you confirmations, arrival alerts as well as a photo of the technician which gives you a peace of mind. However, Bruce, I agree with you that your office should take a new photo of you as your current one does not do you any justice. Thank you Bruce and ET.

Samantha was awesome. Very thorough, friendly and knows her stuff. She explained everything in detail and was extensively professional while easy to talk to. Everyone I have dealt with at ET have been great. I highly recommend and cannot say enough about Samantha.

This tech team were outstanding! Propane stove install went in perfectly. The men made sure I was consulted on everything from beginning to end. I am having them return for some plumbing work soon. Thank you again, Kimberly

Jared installed the $500 cover for our heat pump. If I had known what it was going to look like I would have built my own. Cheap plastic and barely looks like it would protect it. Nothing against Jared or his service, just a very expensive bolted on dinner plate.

Great Service all around! From talking with the manager (Jeff) one day, to having Brandon come in to inspect my house the next day and then having Connor and his crew come in the next day to install 2 heat pumps, they were all incredible to work with and offer great service with no hidden fees or additional costs. Super friendly and easy to talk to and they knew what they were doing and were very knowledgeable. Glad I chose ET! Would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for an HVAC, plumbing or electrical! Thanks ET.
