What would have been a 1-2 star review became a 4 star based on the manager's response. Placed a large order (over$120) for staff as a treat and some fries were missed. Manager promptly delivered the missing food and brought dessert for everyone. Well played, as his actions will keep me as a customer at the Truro, NS location. I didn't catch his name, but I hope he sees this.
Good service, and good food for what your buying... I recommend though you ask for your burgers not microwaved... they microwave or "nuke" each burger to warm the bun...
Ordered two double cheeseburgers and was so disappointed. The burgers were so dried out they were almost chewy. The burger buns were stale as if they were not properly stored or possibly past their best before date. Probably be a while before I go back to this location because I know other locations have better tasting burgers.
Visited DQ drive through tonight and ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard with extra cheese cake. Guess what. When I came home , I was so disappointed to find out that it was a regular strawberry ice cream. I was the only one in the DT throughout my presence and how come they could mess such single simple order. Total waste of $7 and 12 km drive. Worst customer service ever at its lowest and poor guest experience.
I demand an explanation and value for my money .
Good food, but they are not opened yet for walking off the street. No notice on the doors
