I just had the pleasure of meeting Rob at the new New York Fries location in the Ontroute. To say he was pleasant or friendly would be a severe understatement. Our food was perfection and the customer service was honestly the best I've ever received. I wish the entire team the very best and to Rob......I will never forget your generosity! You were born to work with the public, your smile is contagious, your heart is warm and I am so glad that I got the chance to meet you. Good luck everyone, I know you will do great! Desiree

It's perfect spot about an hour outside of Ottawa which is a good stop to grab a bite to eat or grab some drinks before you get to Ottawa

Good And big ONRoute Stop here. Good and co-operative staff. Reasonable prices. Very good and big parking. Social distancing is maintained well. Rest rooms and parking was always being cleaned.

Waited over 10 min in line for an A&W burger The kid loading the food into bags did not have a face mask covering his nose just mouth and chin. Multiple times he touched his nose,mask,hat and the would open burgers to check the kind before putting them into their bags. I ate my fries and gave the burger to the dog thats disgusting. Wear your mask correctly and stop touching your hat and face and then food.

I typically don’t write these type of reviews, but I feel a major compliment is owed to the staff who look after the washrooms at this rest stop. They look, smell and feel impeccably clean and they have placed flowers and greens ( artificial- but a nice touch) around the windows and sinks which is very ascetically pleasing. Well done!
