Wow, one of the worst experiences I've had in memory. I literally felt like I got scolded by this lady while I was there. She was incredibly rude, unprofessional and unkind. Not sure she should be in customer service.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!O!!! I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub for my first time today and asked for it to not have ranch on it. The lady making it started laughing at me with a fellow co-worker and I didn't understand why at first. Took me a minute to figure out why she was laughing at me but there was no ranch sauce put on the sub because it was mixed with the chicken. Instead of being a half decent person and letting me know that it was mixed with the chicken she decided to laugh at came and call me an idiot to her co-worker. Would give this place a -5 stars if I could. It's sad because I see other people seeing that they helped them and met their needs but I got the exact opposite. I was there around 3pm on July 28th. I don't think this woman deserves to have a job at a company that 99% of the time has the nicest people making my subs.

Food is always delicious and they are very careful with celiac and understand that gloves need to be changed.

They have a pretty tasty vegan sub (veggie on Italian). Decent selection of veggies. It would be great if they increased their selection of plant based options though, including options for vegan meats and cheese. Other than that, polite staff, fast service and decent cleanliness.
