BuildingLink is good software program for busy condominiums with Concierge Services. The software is a time saver and does have modules to help with productivity and tracking of processes. They provide training as requested and usually respond timely. They could improve by actively encouraging users to provide suggestions and feedback and plan/implement feature updates. At this time every request we make is just simply replied to with we do not have that capability.

Worst software ever and definitely the worst management company.

Possibly the worst software ever written... I don't want to know how much money our condo corp shelled out for this useless software suite...
