Mr. Kabemba was very arrogant with me when I asked him simple questions. You don't treat a client like that. I hope he will change this way of doing things.

A real nightmare! It must be paid before the declaration is completed. Mr. Kabemba does not know how to calculate the additional contribution for child in subsidized day care. I have 3 children including 2 in CPE and our family income exceeds the cap. According to him, we should not pay anything because we had 3 children and several 30 records (still for the 2 youngest because they changed daycare in the year race). Very arrogant, Mr. Kabemba told me that it was me who did not understand the regulations while we pay this contribution since it was credit !!!. The solution he proposed to me was to send an erroneous declaration and let Quebec income correct ... I refused to make a false declaration and asked for a refund that I still have not received. I invite everyone who has had a difference with Him to contact me.
