Excellent service. Mattress was delivered on schedule. Service in store was helpful. Only place to shop for a mattress.

Dormez-vous company has the worst costumer service ever. Takes days to speak with a human on the phone to confirm an order. When order is confirmed not given delivery date. We called back, which took the whole day, was put on hold and then hung up on. Call back the next day, which took the whole day to get a hold of someone, spoke with someone who said they have someone call me back. Then woke up the next day with an email saying the order was canceled. Horrible waste of time, and effort!!!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! If I could give them zero stars, I would. They will flat out lie to you and tell you things are returnable that aren't. They told us in the store that we could return our mattress for 100 days with our money back. When we tried to return it, we were told then told that they would only exchange it. The bed frame we bought was not what we expected and did not fit our home. We tried to return it immediately following delivery we were told that they do not return or exchange any furniture. No one calls you back. No one cares about your concerns. If you call customer service, they are incredibly rude and will tell that they aren't authorized to do anything and that you have to speak to the customer service manager. They don't call you back either. Never was absolutely no after sales service. Do yourself a favour and buy your mattress from The Bay or Costco or one of the many online retailers whom have no hassle returns. Unfortunately, this was a $3000 mistake and we are now forced to sell everything privately at a huge loss. I will never do business with Dormez Vous again!
