The best!
Hands down the best hardware store in Montreal. I have been purchasing parts and equipment from them for 20 years +/-.
They have the best consultants and knowledgeable staff on board. I have ALWAYS BEEN EXTREMELY WELL SERVED. On the exceedingly rare occasion that they can't help, they are not shy to direct you accordingly.
Definitely Montreal's best!
Incredible how they have everything despite having a footprint of one tenth of the other hardware stores. Always someone to help you find what you need.
So I would like to congratulate the team working in the Covid circumstances.
1- Smart, fast & safe system
2- Dedicated team & personal service
3- Quick service compared to other stores where the line up is huge and slow service.
4- Team work: every one had ears on everything being communicated and working to serve customers as a team sharing their own knowledge.
I needed Garden hose accessories and the staff was amazing walked me through all the needed and helped get exactly and in the best friendly and educative way with masks on and special counters to serve customers.
Very impressed with their handling of the covid situation. All employees were wearing masks, they have a counter service set up so you don't have to walk through the store and they clean the checkout area before you use it. All other retail stores should look to this Rona store on how to do things right!
