Pembina River Provincial Park

Nice Park well run and clean great facilities not full hook ups just power. Dump site for the trailer and potable water to fill your trailer. been camping here since I was a kid . and go back every year. Hiking trails are nice. Biking is nice. The grand kids love riding on the trails and the playground. Over All love it

Floating down the river was A++ and the woman who drove us back up was great. The management however is so incredibly... Mean??? Like I bet this place has a huge turnover because the managers/owners are so disrespectful to their employees.. even the website is unfriendly somehow. It sucks cause it's honestly so much fun but they make it as miserable as possible.

Great and convenient spot for folks coming from Edmonton. The campsite is situated right near where you get out if you were to float from Pembina River Tubing. Decently spaced out sites, open field available for games and such. Washrooms are camping outhouses

Remarkable river valley. Great for swimming in the summer. Clear, shallow water.

This place has some easy trails through peaceful forest. We couldn’t access the viewpoint as there was a super aggressive, lunging, frothing big Rottweiller tied up on a 20 foot tie out line there. The people with the dog didn’t pay any attention at all as their dog loudly lunged at a hiker. There really are a disproportionate number of aggressive dogs in central Alberta and visitors need to be aware and prepared when hiking or biking.
