École Charles-Lemoyne

I pass by it everyday and have passed by it everyday for 30 years. I have never been inside but from what I see on the outside,,, the kids are very well looked after,,, and the school zones and speed limits are very respected!!! I'd like to thank all those Crosswalk Gaurds out there for there service in regards to the safety of the children. TY KINDLY

Very disappointed with the management of this school. When we try to come up with ideas for improvements, the management is not listening and tells you that all is well despite the poor ranking of the school. No homework assistance program, no exam or concrete results, everything is based on observation. School materials purchased at the start of the year come back unused at the end of the year. Wastage of parents' money and poor management of school supplies. the list has never been updated for years. Bad preparation to get to high school where there is discipline, homework, studies, exams, organization, results. Integration into secondary school becomes very difficult, it is day and night. Despite recommendations from a neuropsychologist and speech therapist, the school refuses to offer additional help to certain students in difficulty because they have too much and do not have enough resources. At least if the school administration listened and was open-minded and admitted that there is room for improvement that would help a lot. I have often been told the child will be unlocked or it's okay if they don't know it now they have until grade 6 to learn it, it's okay. Rendered in 6th, it is just too late to catch up with everything. Very very disappointed with the management and administration. it's a shame to see that there is such a big difference in quality between certain schools in Quebec. the same pupil in 2 different schools will end up in one with great success and in the other with academic delay. Our school system is a real pity.

A school very different from French schools as well on the learning as the pedagogy I do not regret having put my children there who feel much more fulfilled and they have much more confidence in them !!!

Charles Lemoyne School is the best school I've been to!
