Saturday, August 3, 2018 for dinner - Lobster Club announced by our waitress as delicious. My club contained very little lobster, no bacon, a slice of superfluous industrial cheese, iceberg lettuce crust and unripe winter tomatoes. Warm fries and industrial cabbage salad that had been announced to us as a chef's salad! Dirty toilets - no hand soap. First and last visit. The only star that I give to this restaurant is for the staff who were nevertheless courteous.
We wanted to have dinner here with our 20 month old son. The waitress was just polite, not smiling and we had to ask him twice for the baby chair. Once installed, several other tables filled after us. After 10-15 minutes without anyone coming, not even for a glass of water, the waitress started taking orders for the people who arrived after us! We never do that but we preferred to leave ... Also it should be noted that the room was really dirty, there were leftover lunch (if not other days) everywhere on the ground, frankly it was not clean and unwelcoming!
Decent food, price too. Superb site. As there is a shortage of staff (a handwritten poster informs customers), the service was a bit slow but still warm.
Excessable food, non-existent service, it had been a long time since I ate too badly!
The restaurant is empty and we are only two with our baby. The waitress tells us that she does not take anyone, that she is in the "rush". No excuse. Really bad service.
