I saw what looked like it would be a delicious salad. (facebook). My fiance and I had never eaten at Honker's before. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was really good and we were waited on by Marilyn who was an absolute delight.Let's get together and support them during these trying times! You guys rock!
I had the veal cutlets, I could cut them with my fork they were so tender. And then to our surprise, we realized we were there for Jam night. Anyone that can play or sing was invited to the stage and then they played to their hearts content. My fiance and I loved it. Besides the food being that good
Ron and I had the roast pork supper tonight and it was the most amazing meal! The pork melted in our mouths. It was so tender and flavorful. Cudo's to the chef and to all the staff for always serving the most yummy food. Honkers has been our go to establishment for the last 19+ years. Let's get together and support them during these trying times!
A little hidden gem. Went for Liver and Onions. Best that I have found in the city so far. Their chef is excellent, and has been there for years. Our server, Samantha, was friendly and made sure that we had everything that we needed. She explained the specials well, and practiced excellent covid routines.
Havent tried the food yet although I have been told to do so because it is supposeldy fantastic.... I just went a couple times to enjoy the AC and play some VLT's and it was a nice cozy little pub that I would enjoy going to again or it's the kind of pub I would love to work in.
