Service was very good, Cody was exemplary as our server. Food was excellent- tasty and presented well. Extra napkins, extra ice, extra lime etc were all managed without a single sign of annoyance, it's rare to have such polite service nowadays.

Was great the server was awesome. We have a suggestion. Maybe have a seniors portion half a meal. A little less in cost. The meals are very large which is a good thing but for most seniors they are to big.

What a wretched experience! My group of 6 had called ahead of time to schedule a reservation. We IMPLICITLY asked if there was need for reservations, and what the limits to tables were. We were told no reservations necessary, and a group of 6 was fine. Cool! We show up and get told it's 4 to a table only, and no, we can't be seated closer together. The supervisor at the door then proceeded to YELL at my father, who went to tell her that he called and was told 6 was fine, that "I DON'T CARE WHEN YOU CALLED. IT WASN'T ME WHO SAID THAT AND I'M TELLING YOU NOW." I work in the customer service sector as well and I have never lost my temper like that lady. I never got her name, but she's the blonde, over-weight one. I will NEVER return to any Boston Pizza after that woman yelled at my father like that. My father never once raised his voice to her. He simply pointed out that someone had obviously misled him, and she, in turn, YELLED at him. I used to like the food and atmosphere there, it's too bad I have to ban myself from here because one wretched supervisor can't keep her head cool and act like a decent human being.

Wonderful waitress, Kiara (sp?). They are blessed and lucky to have her. We are visitors and we felt at home for maybe our 3rd time eating out this year. Give that girl a raise! Food was good also. No complaints there. Front was good also as we got placed by a man yelling across the restaurant an entire conversation. I had a migraine (pre existing condition, no i do not have covid) and quietly asked the front staff to be moved to a quieter area to celebrate my 4 year old daughters birthday and they happily did so. Overall a very good experience!
