With all the rain we had, our walls started to leak, soaking our carpet in the bedrooms pretty good. Rob and his daughter came right away and helped out, even though it was 2:00 in the morning. Super quick service, and very, helpful! Carpet was left smelling fresh, and they even left a fan for us to ensure that it dried quickly. So appreciative of the work they do. Thanks so much!!!

We had renters in our home and our property management company neglected to do a complete exit examination of our home. The carpet was left a mess. Rob came and made us feel at ease immediately, reassured us that he would be able to resolve our situation and went to work. I was amazed at how quickly the work was completed and how thorough a job he did. Rob even helped me move two heavy reclining sofas to clean under them. I have waited to write this review for a few days after the job was completed in order to review the work after the carpet dried. I am now even more impressed as now I can see that there are no patchy spots. I am very pleased with the work completed.

We have used Crown Carpet Care twice now and both times we were very happy. This most recent time was before moving into our new home. The previous owners had several dogs, and we have a baby that is just learning to crawl, so we wanted to ensure the carpets were clean for our little guy to scoot around on. The service was prompt, Rob was very knowledgable, the price was very reasonable, and our carpets look amazing. Now I can rest easy when letting our baby scoot around the house. We will definitely be using Crown Carpet services in the future. Thank you!

I highly recommend Crown Carpet Care. I called on short notice to have an apartment carpet clean. They were able to fit us in with no concern. Unfortunately the movers were running behind and Rob was so very patient and helpful, he held the door open for us 😁. He offered many times to help us move stuff out into the hallway for the movers. The carpet cleaning took no time at all. I am 100% satisfied with the job, it was worth every penny. Thank you so much.

Rob was great to work with. He was right on time, did a good job, and priced lower than the other big name carpet cleaners. I would highly recommend him.
