Rob, personally will do everything in his power to look after your needs professionally. When he comes to your place he will be on time and prepared to do the job of cleaning your carpet. His equipment is very good and will do an amazing job. I personally have known Rob for now 4 years at which time I was involved with Rob, while doing our commercial carpet cleaning in our building. I can remember once when we had Rob clean our hallways and after he left a person had an accident on the carpet in the hallway. We immediately called Rob and he was back to clean up the spot with NO questions asked. Very good service beyond reason, I would say. Today I had him come to my home and clean the carpet in my living room. He again was prompt and prepared to do the job required. The job was excellent, we had some wear spots that we never thought would come clean, but to our amazement they came totally clean. You will be surprisingly amazed at his attitude and performance. You will not be disappointed. Give him a chance, join the many happy customers.

Aqua Steam Services are professional, prompt and provide top of the line service. They are a top of the line team that offer the best in cleaning with a reasonable price. They provide amazing customer service. Not only can you phone and talk to a real person, they confirm your booking in advance and call you when they are on the way to your home for the scheduled booking. Would highly recommend and for our family would use no other cleaning company. Thank you Aqua Steam.

I truly wish that there was a 100 star rating, or even 1000 stars, because Aqua Steam deserves a Superstar rating!! Clay was amazing in getting our heavily “dog accident” stained carpets looking better than brand new. As the saying goes, “there are no words” to describe how happy I am with this company. Will never, ever call anyone else but Aqua Steam! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

We are very satisfied with the work done by Aqua Steam. The day before Aqua Steam came to our house, they called to clarify and confirm the job. We appreciated that Aqua Steam was on time and again, gave us an estimate for the work we needed. They worked efficiently and were able to reduce the estimated cost because the job was easier than first expected. They took the time to answer any questions and when they provided options for “protecting” the furniture, they were fair, by including options from the grocery store, as well as their own products. I liked their honesty.
