I am only giving 5 stars to Dario and Matthew at this location. Went to Matthew to order custom suits for my wedding. We went through every step with him and specifically told/showed him what my fiancé and I wanted for our groomsmen suits. Matthew created the group detailing everything we were wanting for colours and customizations, so our groomsmen could go into another location and know what they were supposed to get. Due to another locations mistake, I ended up calling Matthew to discuss the issue. He was very polite and understanding as I was very upset/stressed due to my wedding being only 2.5 weeks away and needed this issue resolved ASAP. Thank you to Matthew and Dario for not only coming up with a couple of solutions but also dealing with the other locations mistake. These two are the only reason why I will continue to shop at Moore’s.

If I could give them a zero I would!! Failed twice on rented suites for my wedding ended up buying clothes elsewhere for the event with no refund or discount! Give your business elsewhere don't waste your time.

Best intersection of value, service, and knowledge in Lethbridge. Good selection and staff works hard to order in anything that’s not available. Always found Dario, the manager, to be hard-working, personable, and upfront.
