Breathe Easy responded quickly to our request for someone to come out, sending someone the same day. Engineer was friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job of explaining issues he found. Appreciated him wearing a mask while in our home. Would definitely recommend based on my experience with them.

Breathe Easy was prompt and professional, and accommodated for our urgent needs. Jesse was the technician who cleaned our ducts. He shared information about the process and made us feel confident in his work. He also made us aware of a potential furnace issue that can be mitigated with a maintenance, and let us know Breathe Easy has a technician that is competent. We will schedule Breathe Easy for our furnace maintenance too!

I scheduled a duct and vent cleaning for my 1300 Sqft house this summer. The guys who came and did the job were very nice. One of the crew was training to work alone soon. When they were finished, I dusted the house and concentrated on the upper levels as the most furniture is on upper levels. I was extremely disappointed to see the same amount - noticable like crazy - of dust settling in my master bedroom when I went to clean again a few weeks later. I messaged them and I was informed they only remove debris and the fault must be in my filtration system. That would make sense IF and ONLY IF: The Carrier furnace wasn't less than 6 years old and immediately after Breathe Easy left, I installed a level 1900 MERV Filtrete filter. But how I know this was just a badly done job and NOT due to my furnace? It's only some rooms having an issue. The 2nd bedroom is basically dust free! So. Their unwillingness to do any after service care is pathetic, and to brush me off without even a follow up call is unreal. I absolutely regret giving them my money. My suggestion is avoid them. I'll be making sure to mention this to the real estate agent who is listing my home, even he noticed the difference of dust in the affected rooms. He gives his clients recommendations all the time. His recommendation was to let the new home owners deal with duct cleaning when my home sells. Surely wish I'd listened to him.

Great service and super knowledgable. You can tell they love what they do and have a passion for their craft. Gave me insight on my filters & proper care and maintenance ( Things typically one does not know.) 10/10 would recommend and will hire again if I need anything else!

Had Mike and his team sort out my AC unit in my house. Very professional to deal with. Came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it with no issues or no extra cost above what was quoted. Will definitely use and recommend again. 5*****
