As returning customers, we've always had friendly, helpful service.

Great up front knowledge and ability to take my money. No communication on actually getting my products. Two weeks after a full payment was told to go buy it elsewhere.

Fridge broke went to Bakers because they said they could have it delivered in a few days vs 2-3 weeks at competitors. Once the few days passed, they said it would be another few days...Then those few days past and they said it would be another few days... Its has now been 2 weeks. BUT "good" news, it should be delivered in another few days... Not getting my hopes up! I understand with the pandemic deliveries are backed up... But the false promises are frustrating and rather annoying.

If I could gi e them 10 stars I would!!!!! On August, 2020 my husband and went to put some meat in the freezer downstairs...he came back up and said the freezer was t freezing even the bread! To be honest we really do t know when it stopped working but we needed to save as much meat as we could...I started calling appliance stores in Lethbridge...one closed and I noticed that Baker's Appliance had a Live Chat on their website.....a lot of times a business will just people hired to take after hours calls...BUT I got Darcy the General Manager of Baker's!! He only had a smaller chest freezer on the floor...I needed a large upright freezer....He mentioned that those were hard to find right now.....So I started to call the big box stores...Lowe's, Home Depot, Rona, and the Brick....they had no freezers or really small ones..apparently when the pandemic hit EVERYONE bought a freezer! .So off to costco we went...because at this point I just wanted to get ANY freezer to save the meat!...that's when I got a text from Darcy...he had a 18 cubic ft upright freezer...PERFECT! He said he would go to the store if we wanted to pick it up tonight! That is customer service! We picked up the freezer at 9 PM ! Darcy said he could send one of his warehouse people to help my 66 year old husband move it downstairs the next morning....again PERFECT! When I called Bakers I the morning g I was surprised to hear that Darcy was sending 2 warehouse men to get the freezer into the house...this made my husband VERY happy! At 8:45 am 2 very polite young men showed up to move the freezer...they went to work right away and moved the freezer in with no problems....they even hauled the old one and put it in the garage for us. Mike and Mark are 2 awesome young men! They had the new one downstairs and the old one out in a 1/2 hour. It was a hot day so I sent them on their way with lemonade and cookies. Bakers Appliance is he only place o will buy appliances from in the future....you do t get this type of customer care from big box stores!!
