ATB Financial

Im a brand new ATB member and I'm not from Airdrie and put in my GPS to goto this branch. No mention of ABM not working. Cold and get there and an employees (young Asian man waiting to get into the building for work)and young white lady with dark long hair that didn't help me or talk to me and tell me where another ATB was or where another ABM was. I know the branch was closed but you can still talk to people and help them before 9:00am. Thank you will figure it out. Hope my future experiences are better.

I tried ATB because of the business etransfer offer but dealing with then has been a headache. First they set up the wrong account for my Moneris payment credit account. Second they put a 10 business day hold on a $850 local TD cheque and then they put a 5 day hold on a Federal government cheque that turned into 9 days because of the remberance day bank holiday. They were appointment only for a few months and now that they have updated their Business app I am locked out of my account until I call them because it doesn't recognize the password I never changed. Other reviewers are correct, at this location you are treated differently and ATB is definitely behind the times. I will be closing all my accounts with ATB this week. It's just not worth the hassle, both CIBC and Scotiabank are much better for business.

Never answer the phone, they dropped my call twice today.

I use this branch cause it's close to my home but I wont be anymore! Everytime I go into this branch they treat me like a criminal. Since when does a customer depositing CASH with a debit card and PIN require ID?? And on top of it, 5 workers sitting at tills and they tell me I require an appointment to deposit cash into my own account. Thinking it's time to move banks. Brutal
