I cannot say enough about the owner of this store! She is extremely wonderful to deal with and her customers are number one to her. We had found out the the No Hide was going to be on sale so we placed a large order with them so we didn’t clean the store out of product. Between us placing the order and when the sale was to begin Pet Valu Corporate cancelled the items sale. The owner contacted us directly and she still honored the sale price that was supposed to be in place, I am sure at great cost to her. She was so very wonderful to deal with and I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone!

Great store- with an amazing owner, and caring employees. Very knowledgable. Worth the drive out to Beaumont from Edmonton.

Staff are friendly and happy to help you find what you're looking for. Well stocked and have a great variety of food and toys.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have been dealing here for multiple years and have never had a problem. A few times when I have had dog food go bad, they take it back no questions asked.

Enquired about a specific Blue Buffalo Cat food left my number, was never called back. They must be doing too well. There's other stores.
