No question, the food is delicious, but I want to write a review about the outstanding customer service. Twice now I have reached out directly (initially through the website) with random concerns and Sylvia the owner has been so responsive and helpful. Most recently I reached out to follow up with a gift card that was purchased for me mid-March that I never picked up because of COVID (then honestly forgot about), and Sylvia took the time to help track it down almost a year later. I can't wait to come back to the restaurant and enjoy another meal at Chartier! If you have a chance to support this outstanding business, I highly recommend it.
Dine in is no longer possible, but this place adapted perfectly with curbside pickup options. We have ordered from here 5 times in the past 3 months and all food was delicious and well prepared. Some options are take and bake and others are ready to eat. A brilliant strategy. Must try.
Fantastic food. Be prepared to pay a FAIR price (note I said fair price. Not OVER priced). The quality of the food and time that actually goes into making the meals is where your price comes from and you won't be disappointed. Save room for desert and wine.
Very friendly helpful staff. The food was delicious. The website doesn't work for ordering if they are out of something. I saw lots of well implemented Covid 19 measures.
Stick to the bakery. Interesting menu & lovely staff but every meal I've had is a bit off...take for instance a blini where advertised cheese & horseradish was absent, oddly sweet too as was the sauce. Dishes often are a bit bland. The bakery is amazing & never disappoints!
