I came in the other day, and was instantly greeted by a happy smile and a warm welcome. I needed help finding a Cologne for Father’s Day because I had no idea where to even begin when It came to all of their selections. Mackenzie was able to confidently talk me through all of the options available, and I found the one I was looking for right away. I find my shopping experience to be a lot better when there are people like her at the front door greeting the customers. Keep up the great work Mackenzie!

My daughter and her friend went to the store to purchase face masks, our province and everywhere around us is in phase two of reopening, the girls were trying to read the ingredients of the masks as they have allergies and they were told they are not allowed to touch items in the store. When they are with an adult there is no issue in the store, when they are alone they are followed around and told that they shouldn't be in the store to look at an item to purchase because they didn't know exactly what they wanted, I find this to be ridiculous when they went for a specific item but they were unsure of which one they wanted. Or when they are trying to purchase more than one item they are told they are done shopping. They shouldn't be treated differently if they are with an adult or not. I have called the manager who just advised me that he agrees that they shouldn't be allowed to read the ingredients on a product they are purchasing, I also want to stress that I myself work in an essential service that I have been dealing with this issue on a day to day basis.

Always had excellent service here. The staff and pharmacy team are great even in busy situations.

Did not follow the scanning code of honour. Item was listed as $2.99, and scanned in as $7.50. The woman working the toll told me that the price wasn’t valid until later, even though it was marked as $2.99. Just another classic case of shoppers overcharging their customers.

I normally do not write “positive” reviews, but this shoppers deserves it! All the staff is so friendly and the pharmacists are so knowledge and supportive, they actually care about my prescription. Highly recommended!
