A great option for those who likes organic foods or have special dietary requirements. Gluten free, eggs and sugar free, vegan and more. To stay or to go! Buns & Roses Bakery is an old fashioned style bakery with a great alternative to your taste! Stairs at the main entrance. Easy parking at front. Enjoy!

This place is tucked away in Park Allen but my goodness, go there! The samosas are delicious and are by far, the best I've had in Edmonton. The decor may not scream "instagram worthy" but give it a chance. It's a great place to grab a bite to eat and enjoy a walk around the leafy neighbourhood.

There is absolutely no way I can objectively evaluate Buns & Roses; I remember getting their wonderful peanut butter cookies and sesame chews as a kid, and I've loved them before I probably even knew what a bakery was. Particularly of interest if you need to avoid wheat gluten, as they have a variety of breads and other baked goods sans gluten whose recipes have been honed over the decades, but to me it's always just the first bakery I've ever known, and still my favourite.

The owner is so nice. The staff are super friendly and they cater to so many dietary restrictions!! Their oatmeal raisin cookies are delicious, and their gluten free samosas are fantastic!! If you are in the area, you should pay a visit to get some tasty treats and support a local business!

Found out about this place about two years ago when having one of their gluten free pizza crusts at the now defunked park Allen restaurant, and I drive 45 mins every weekend to support them. The staff is very friendly and helpful in choosing what's gluten free or egg free etc and the prices are very good. They have it set up that u can enjoy coffee and other Hot foods in their comfortable chairs and tables and there's even a fridge with stuff for u to use as well! Now that the pandemic has been in full swing all of those extra perks have of course been removed for client and staff safety, but I'm sure will return once the curve of the viruses has been flattened. Lots of people in the park Allen neighbourhood have been coming here for years and it's nice to see the family feel that this business brings.
