After we first met with Dean at Hendrickson Black, we knew we wouldn't need to look farther for an accountant to help us navigate starting a new business. Now, 2.5 years later, it has still continued to be one of the best decisions we have made for our small business. All of the staff at Hendrickson Black have gone above and beyond to help us with any questions we have had, big or small, giving me the piece of mind and assurance that our accounting needs are being met. I have and will continue to recommend this company!

Update: Dean reached out to me claiming my review was "slander" and what I wrote was "not true". So I will clear it up. I called in with a time sensitive job to be done after not receiving a reply to my email in 24 hours. In that conversation the information given to me regarding new tax deadlines was wrong, not a big deal I checked to make sure myself. She said she had seen the email, so I wrote the rest of my questions and emailed them out. I sent out the email Wednesday morning and I didn't receive a reply by Friday so I assumed they wouldn't get back to me. I moved on and went to the next accountant. They emailed me 5 calendar days after my second email, but this went straight to my junk mail so I never seen it. I assumed they never replied to me as this was most likely deleted after being in junk mail so long. I didn't hear from them again until I wrote a review. This was my experience this Hendrickson Black, CPAs. I didn't feel like a priority and it seemed like they had a bit to much on their plate to be taking on new clients, instead of saying were are really busy right now. I can't comment on their ability to actually do the taxes, but they quoted me a lot more than my last accountant so I would hope the service is top notch.

I have used Hendrickson Black for 10+ years for our personal books, and for the last 3 years for our company books. I have been satisfied with every experience! Dean, Sara and staff are thorough and extremely helpful. I’ll never take our books anywhere else!
