I would give this company a 0 if that was an option. I was provided MK Electrical from Nest Pro for the installation of a Nest thermostat. Upon contacting Mark about possibly installing the Nest Thermostat properly since my heating was not working, he was uninterested and gave me advise on what I can do to correct the problem, as he was supposed to be an industry professional I listened to what he had to say. After following his advise the whole thermostat and boiler system stopped working. I contact Mark again to arrange a time to come a finally install the Thermostat. He had told me he would come on Monday, which I then contacted him at 5pm on Monday to him saying "I was caught out of town, will Tuesday work for you?" I said yes and we arranged a time for him to come by on Tuesday. Low and behold he did not show up to the appointment, I tried contacting him several times about the missed appointment, leaving messages, emails, & text messages to which he has never replied. I highly recommend that you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have left me with sever issues for such a simple problem.
