Our dining service here was nice. Good food, good drinks. It was a little disappointing that when my daughter ordered her meal custom (mostly plain) and they forgot, while they tried to correct it and brought her fries to eat whilst waiting, they still got it wrong (plain cheeseburger means the cheeseburger still has cheese right? They brought out a plain hamburger) and she nearly cried (she's 5). No biggie, they brought out cheese and in the end she was happy. Everybody else was quite happy as well. Dessert was a little disappointing as well. I know State and Main is a chain and all that, but maybe I'm crazy, but I also sorta expect non-fast-food restaurants to make their food kinda on a daily basis. So when three of us ordered the dirt pie dessert and found out that it is pre-made and very very frozen, we were a little frustrated. Like, you really shouldn't have to eat ice cream with a fork and knife. But all those negatives are little things. Our overall experience was positive and I have no problem recommending State and Main to a friend.

Food good as usual,staff were polite and helpful. The menu wouldn't work on our phones. I found that confusing,so had a paper one. Technology doesn't work all the time. Old school is always the best.

Thanks for the great service! I brought a group of my auntie's friends from her independent living facility in to celebrate her birthday. Thank you for rearranging all the tables to accomodate 2 wheelchairs and 2 walkers! We enjoyed the friendly waitress and the meals were delicious, thanks to the cooks!

Had dinner with some friends. Menu is perfect, something for everyone. Service was awesome and Brooke was very accommodating. Will be back definitely!

Arrived early to pick up my order. Went to order a beer and realized I had forgotten my wallet. The waitress on at the time, Kiana, comped it for me. Excellent service!
