Fort the past 5+ years I have been a loyal customer of Knights Pub. We have hosted countless events here from birthdays to Christmas Parties. We have spent many a night here and supported an establishment we once considered our "go to pub". When the ownership changed, I wondered how the "new Knights" would look. We have watched the changes that have taken place and excitedly welcomed the new improvements to the place. A lot of familiar fasces are gone, and with that came the faces of new staff members. Tonight we were met with the most unkind and confrontational bar tender I have ever met. In a customer service based industry, I was shocked to see such a display coming from an employee of the establishment we were visiting. What was even more disheartening, was the total lack of accountability from the new owners of Knights. Rather than work to resolve a conflict between staff and customer, ownership stands by and supports the verbal abuse of its patrons. With little to no interest in conflict resolution, this is not the Knights I have come to know over the last 5 years. The conduct of both the employee and the ownership was inadmissible, and ultimately cost Knights a hand full of loyal customers (a loss ownership has made clear does not matter to them).

WHAT AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE. ordered delivery through skip, received the best food. we got a clubhouse with extra gravy and a chicken caesar wrap with poutine. great sandwich, the fries are not soggy at all and the seasoning on them is really really good. gravy is absolutely awesome. wrap got a 10/10 from the weird person I ordered it for. overall? wonderful experience. I can't wait to order again and I will be visiting in person when Miss Rona is behind us. thank you and you should be proud of having an emphatically great kitchen!
